The most important aspect of a phased engagement approach is that it enables a sequential set of solutions and commitments, a step-by-step process and specific deliverables as the project evolves. Throughout the process, we will conduct meetings, reviews, foster discussions and obtain approvals. The crucial aspect of a phased engagement approach is that milestones will be set and scheduled at every phase that produces a deliverable that requires client approval prior to proceeding to the next phase.

Discovery

Let's get to know you and your projects A series of team discovery meetings are required to build and assess the most important goals and priorities of the project. Meetings are designed to encourage storytelling. The narratives and information you share are an essential element in our ability to empathize.
We want to see through your eyes, we want to learn what brought you to us and what you hope to achieve. We want to know why this project gets you means so much to you.

Visioning

Conceptual Visualization Design can be thought of as both intuitive and analytical. 02 During ideation you will begin to see how our expertise responds to the discoveries made in this key step.

Conceptual Visualization shapes how the space will be perceived and used. It will also allow the stakeholders to creatively explore the proposed design solutions while inclusively understanding costs.
The project design is to be assessed into “must haves” and “nice to haves” to form a financial perspective where a move forward design strategy will have complete clarity.

Conceptual 3D models that clearly describe the design intent to the client are essential in gaining approvals that can then be used to create an accurate quantity survey and itemized cost.

Blueprinting

This step allows us to bring the vision out of our minds and transform it into a visual piece. 03 From the final parameters set out during Conceptual Visualization Design, Blueprinting requires alliance with a larger team of experts to allow us to produce a set of construction documents that will enable the vision to be built.

This phase includes the production of plans, sections and elevation drawings and specifications for precise budgeting and/or tender that conforms to the guidelines and the requirements set by the municipality and to the National Building Code.
This includes assisting the client in the application and procurement of a development permit, all the way through to a released building permit; [an aspect/a critical component] for which we have a [stellar/flawless] record.

It also establishes the structure under which the contractor will be engaged to realize the project — the final phase of your engagement.

Realization

This is the stage where the project is finally brought to life. For the Realization of the project, our first management task is to coordinate the tender or pricing exercise as established by the construction structure the client selects.

We will follow well-established processes for administration of the construction from the consultant side in which the intent of the design and the strategic goals of the project will inform the ongoing decisions that are required through the inception of the project. We continue to serve as your trusted advisor, guiding you during this crucial phase.
We are invested in the success of your project. Following possession and occupancy, we will continue to check-in over a period to ascertain any items of concern or gain valuable feedback. As partners in this venture, we stand to gain from a true understanding of the realities of the project as they become apparent over time. As such, we wish to remain current and available. 04
